Know Me – Shubham Srivastava

I am Shubham Srivastava, a seasoned professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Operational Excellence. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Operational Excellence (MBA & Eng.) at Hochschule Hof, Germany, I am deeply passionate about optimizing business processes and driving efficiency.

With hands-on experience across industries, I have worked as an Administrative Assistant at Dresdner Sprengschule GmbH, refining operational workflows, and as a Trainee in Supply Chain Management at Suprabha Industries Pvt. Ltd., where I modernized supply chain practices. I’ve also interned at Tata Motors, gaining valuable insights into continuous manufacturing techniques.

Now, through AutoManage, I help small businesses automate their processes—from inventory management to digital marketing—so they can thrive with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.
